Program 01
Youth Leadership Program
A High School Program where students (14-19 years old) learn and develop their leadership and entrepreneurship skills to become exceptional changemakers in their communities.
Students are learning the essential skills of empathy, creativity, leadership, and teamwork so they can thrive in the modern world and find solutions to our most complex problems.
Program 02
Youth Leadership Center
The Youth Leadership Center commits to offer youths resources and opportunities in a healthy and clean environment with dignity and no discrimination. To ensure that Congolese youths are prepared and equipped for success in the workplace.
These youths, full of creative and innovative ideas, are just looking to access training and information ecosystem to transform these ideas into action. It is one of the main reasons why they need to come to an environment where they can learn, exchange with peers and mentors, and put into practice their ideas.
Youth Leadership Camp
A moment of connection for youth to learn and share experience. Twice a year, in July and December.
Youth Leadership Day
A one-day programme providing youth with a short introduction to theories of leadership.
Breakfast Book Club
Leaders are readers. Expose young people to new and thoughtful ideas.
English Club & Computer Literacy
Communicating, practicing English, and learning to use computers and modern technology.
Program 03
Center for Community Development
Aims to create, establish, encourage and support development projects to strengthen youth capabilities for sustainable growth and progress. CCD stimulates innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship as qualities that lead to sustainable and responsible models for local community development.
The Center for Community Development focuses on building partnerships with companies, government, community, and microcredit institutions to encourage youth initiatives through a corporate social responsibility strategy, by tapping and promoting local talents to spur sustainable development.
Program 04
Kuvuna Leadership Academy
A 9 months program for 19 to 25 years old. Students are introduced to successful community leaders through different formats, in person or virtually. They have opportunities to attend national or international internship programs.

Program 05
Kuvuna Network
Kuvuna Network (KFN) connects young leaders worldwide to grow successful ventures. The network members include students, alumni in partnership with successful entrepreneurs, and organizations to provide a platform that fosters collaboration amongst members and brings about opportunities that enable the creation of successful careers for the young leaders.
This network will help create jobs to benefit local communities.
